At Good Girl & Co., we want you to love every piece you purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure your return is processed accurately.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it to the outside of your package over any old labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will notify you once your refund or exchange has been processed.
